AWS Cloud Engineer

Must have skills:

• Experience with Landing zone accelerator in AWS

• AWS cloud migration experience

• Experience with Cloud security

Skills:

Large project Moving from On Prem to AWS Cloud. Working with AWS to complete the project. Bridging gap from development to operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 4 years of proven experience as a Cloud Engineer or DevOps Engineer, with a focus on AWS services and technologies
• Strong knowledge of AWS core services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, and CloudTrail.
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• 3 years of hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS native tools.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, security principles, and best practices in the context of cloud computing.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell. · Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems administration and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, ELK stack, or Splunk.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills to effectively work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
