Job Title: Cyber Security Threat Analyst Senior Job ID: 25-11002 Location: Concord, CA (Hybrid, Local Only) Duration: 6 Months (W2 Contract) Schedule: Sun Thu | 2 PM 10 PM

Overview:

Seeking an experienced Cyber Security Threat Analyst to join the Monitoring & Response Team (M&R). This team provides 24x7 security operations detecting, analyzing, and responding to cybersecurity events to strengthen enterprise security posture.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze cybersecurity events and alerts
  • Perform malware, phishing, and forensic investigations
  • Conduct proactive threat hunting and intelligence-based analysis
  • Support security tool administration and cross-tool integration
  • Collaborate with incident response and IT teams


Qualifications:

  • 6 10 years in cybersecurity monitoring, analysis, or threat response
  • Strong knowledge of SOC tools and forensic methods
  • Security certifications (e.g., CEH, CISSP, or similar) preferred
  • Bachelor s in CS/IT or equivalent experience.


Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $85.00 - $90.00 per hour.
