Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct data analysis using SQL and Python on AHT, product usage, escalation rates, pass rates, completion rates, and other key KYC metrics
- Build dashboards and queries that display and enable tracking of program effectiveness
- Leverage findings from data analyses and dashboards to identify and implement process improvements
- Supports key KYC program functions required to maintain compliance.
- Specifically delivers process mapping, documentation, program health, quality
initiatives, tech issues.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Skills-"Compliance", "Python", SQL , "KYC".
- Ability to understand and interpret complex regulatory legislation.
- Works well independently and a strong team player.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, and MS Visio.
- Bachelor's degree (in business, accounting, legal, or related field).
- Excellent business writing skills to update regulatory artifacts, Standard
Operating Procedures, training material, etc. - Ability to understand and interpret complex regulatory legislation.
- Works well independently and a strong team player.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, and MS Visio.
- Specific Know Your Customer (KYC) experience
