1. Position is virtual - 1 opening in EST; 4 openings either in PST or MT.
2. Client will provide the laptop/equipment

Seeking 5 individuals to receive incoming customer service telephone calls and send/receive emails to process requests and to complete new business service transactions.

A person must have internet service and a quiet, secure, distraction free environment for this role.
1 years of experience in customer service or related field.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent, relevant experience.
Ability to use Computers and programs like MS Word, Excel, Online Meeting and Chat applications etc.
Handles incoming calls and places outbound calls regarding account payment status and directs calls for further problem resolution, if necessary.

SCHEDULING DETAILS:

Regular working hours will be Monday - Friday 7:45am - 4:30pm (people in eastern time zone will have 7:45am EST start time, all other time zones will have 7:45am PST start time). This position is remote, and employees are expected to work from their homes.

The work is customer facing and involves extended sitting as well as ability to understand and use basic computer programs and applications (Microsoft Office) essential to perform this role.

Training will be 2 weeks in length, from 7:30am - 4pm PST (Pacific Standard Time)

Training is mandatory and begins TBD (Approx. May 13th). Training will be conducted via WebEx on client's provided equipment.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Interviews via Webex and 45 min. max length
