job summary:


  • L3 Production Services member able to work independently and drive production triages along with resolution of complex issues. Strong technical and analytical skills required to determine root cause of technical issues.
  • Must be able to think broadly about technical issues and correlate current conditions, historical trends and issues, and general incident triage techniques to pinpoint technical issues.
  • Experience writing SQL to query data required. Previous experience with an application performance monitoring tool (Dynatrace and Splunk) required. Must be able to run and execute Linux utility scripts written in bash, Powershell, etc.

  • Must have previous experience analyzing root cause for complex technical incidents. Ability to analyze Java Spring code along with RESTful services strongly preferred. Overall 3-5+ years of IT experience in Production Support Services along with 2-4+ years in development.

  • 3 or more years in Production Support, Production Monitoring, and/or related technical environment.
  • 2 or more years working in a Linux environment.
  • 2 or more years analyzing log data in Splunk.
  • 3 or more years performing root cause analyze of complex technical issues.
