Title: GRC Analyst

Location: Northeastern United States (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full Time

Compensation
Pay Range:$65000-$75000/Yrs

Description
* Engage with auditors to address inquiries and clarify information.
* Review and provide feedback on audit findings to management.
* Participate in discussions with auditors and management regarding audit results.
* Assist in preparing documentation with relevant teams to minimize audit issues.
* Conduct IT/cybersecurity risk assessments and document potential gaps.
* Collaborate with teams to identify and mitigate risks and vulnerabilities.
* Analyze the effectiveness of existing IT controls and suggest improvements.

Key Responsibilities
* Communicate with auditors to answer questions and provide clarification.
* Review audit findings and provide feedback to management.
* Participate in meetings with auditors and management to discuss audit results.
* Assist with the preparation of documentation to reduce audit issues.
* Conduct IT/cybersecurity risk assessments and document potential gaps.
* Collaborate with teams to identify risks and vulnerabilities.
* Analyze and evaluate IT controls and recommend improvements.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree.
* 1-2 years of experience in IT Risk or IT Audit.
* Excellent writing skills in English.
* Basic Excel skills.
* CISA or CRISC certification is preferable, but not required.
* Previous financial services experience is highly preferable.
* Experience in IT infrastructure or application development is preferable, but not required.
