Location: Remote (occasional travel)

About the Role

As a Client Solutions & Innovation Leader, you’ll serve as a trusted strategic advisor to enterprise clients — blending deep technical expertise with business acumen. In this hybrid role, you’ll drive pre-sales engagements, shape end-to-end technology solutions, and represent the client’s voice in industry conversations. You'll lead transformation across cloud modernization, AI integration, and development best practices, while promoting inclusive and ethical technology strategies.

  • Thought Leadership: Represent the client in public forums (conferences, webinars, whitepapers) and help shape market conversations around digital transformation, AI, and modernization.

  • Client Strategy: Lead executive-level discussions to uncover modernization opportunities and define scalable, inclusive technology strategies.

  • Pre-Sales & Architecture: Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to craft winning proposals, present technical vision to stakeholders, and align solutions to client goals.

  • Solution Design & Governance: Oversee architectural decisions, guide delivery teams during onboarding, and ensure long-term value realization.

  • Capability Building: Mentor internal teams, contribute to reusable assets and frameworks, and support talent development with a focus on diversity and equity.

  • Innovation Leadership: Drive initiatives in AI, DevOps, and automation, and shape future-forward service offerings based on emerging technologies.

  • 12+ years in software architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), or similar leadership roles.

  • Proven success in pre-sales and client advisory engagements.

  • Strong communicator and storyteller, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for executive audiences.

  • Experience in consulting or professional services preferred.

  • Deep understanding of Agile, DevOps, and platform-driven development.
