Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking ServiceNow Developer specializing in cybersecurity modules to join our growing security engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong development experience with ServiceNow SecOps, Vulnerability Response (VR), and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules, along with a passion for building modern, automated, and intelligent security solutions. Experience integrating AI/ML, cloud-native security tools, and DevSecOps pipelines is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and enhance solutions within ServiceNow SecOps, VR, and GRC modules to support cybersecurity and risk programs.
- Integrate ServiceNow with modern security platforms and tools (e.g., Tenable, Qualys, CrowdStrike, Splunk, Microsoft Defender, AWS Security Hub, etc.).
- Implement AI/ML-driven automation for threat intelligence enrichment, vulnerability prioritization, and risk scoring.
- Develop and maintain orchestration playbooks using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- Collaborate with security, risk, and DevOps teams to embed ServiceNow into the CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines.
- Ensure ServiceNow implementations follow zero trust and cloud-native security best practices.
- Monitor and optimize the performance, usability, and scalability of ServiceNow modules.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing in ServiceNow, with a focus on SecOps, Vulnerability Response, and GRC.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and integrating cloud-native security tools with ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, ISO 27001) and regulatory compliance.
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps practices and security automation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) SecOps, VR, or GRC.
- Experience working with AI/ML-driven security tools, threat intelligence feeds, or security data lakes.
- Familiarity with container security and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) scanning tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in agile, cross-functional teams.
