Job Summary
As a CNC Programmer, you'll be responsible for the accurate and timely programming of all CNC systems in our facility-from blueprint to first article. You'll work closely with Leads, setup personnel, and shop supervisors to ensure smooth operations, high-quality output, and minimal production downtime.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Program all CNC work centers and systems from blueprint to first article.
- Support production teams by providing technical guidance and hands-on troubleshooting.
- Train operators and new hires on setups, program changes, and machining techniques.
- Review and correct print errors, collaborating with engineering as needed.
- Gain and apply a deep understanding of materials, insert grades, and machining tooling.
- Perform time studies and estimate cycle times using CAM software.
- Set a professional example and support a culture of quality and precision.

What We're Looking For
- \n 5+ years CNC Lathe & Mill programming experience from blueprint to first article.
- \n 2+ years experience using
Mastercam and/or
Esprit software. - Proficiency in blueprint reading, setup, tooling selection, and multi-axis programming.
- Skilled in using Quality Control testing equipment.
- Experience training others in CNC machining and troubleshooting.

Physical Requirements
- Mix of shop and office work; PPE required.
- Ability to lift and handle materials up to 70 lbs as needed.
