Job Duties: Establish and implement manufacturing line flows and standard processes that ensure quality targets are achieved or exceeded. Lead, execute, and deliver improved business quality standard processes and results. Execute projects that increase process efficiencies, reduce cycle time and cost, and improve overall quality of execution. Identify and secure resources, create plans, and execute scheduled deliverables. Assess business performance, analyze business processes, evaluate gaps, identify process improvements, and recommend business solutions. Provide resource requirements, prioritization and project recommendations. Provide support and training to process owners. Communicate project status updates to all stakeholders, including executive management, as needed. Monitor performance and ensure successful implementation is controlled over time. Support the transfer of products to global external manufacturers, ensuring business objectives are met. Appropriately establish communications and governance to manage the relationships and to collaborate on best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve basic line performance issues.
Position requires up to 20% travel (domestic & international)
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Senior Business Excellence Engineer-related occupation.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$134,000 - $160,000 annually
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
