Job Details
Day to Day Responsbilities:
- Develop and deploy Java 17/Spring 6 microservices within a Kubernetes/OpenShift environment.
- Design and implement database interactions using MongoDB or other databases, optimizing for performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-based application issues and ensure system stability.
- Participate in code reviews and collaborate on complex technical solutions.
- Monitor application performance and implement improvements to maintain optimal efficiency.
Must Have:
- 8+ years of overall experience in hands on java development
- Proficient in Java 17 and Spring 6.
- Extensive experience with Microservices architecture.
- Strong Kubernetes/OpenShift (or general cloud) deployment expertise.
- Database proficiency with MongoDB and/or other database.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in implementing security best practices and ensuring the security of cloud-based applications.
- Familiar with OAuth, JWT, and other modern authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Experience with automation and implementing DevOps practices.
- Contribute to technical strategy development and architectural design.
- Possess strong stakeholder management and business acumen, along with expertise in agile development and risk management
- Prior banking or financial experience
Pay Rate: $67 - $69
