Senior Digital Engagement Manager - Seattle WA ( Hybrid )- Full Time
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Digital Engagement Manager to lead a high-visibility digital portfolio. This is a client-facing leadership role responsible for driving transformation across content and commerce programs, managing delivery team, and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of digital strategy, Adobe platform expertise, client engagement skills, and a strong technical software engineering background to bridge business and technology effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead digital transformation programs across content and commerce domains.
- Drive initiatives on the Adobe Experience Cloud stack (AEM, Analytics, Target, Commerce).
- Act as a strategic engagement partner with senior client stakeholders, ensuring business alignment and value delivery.
- Manage, mentor, and enable the Infogain delivery team, ensuring execution excellence and smooth delivery.
- Serve as the primary interface between client leadership and Infogain, handling escalations, solving delivery challenges, and identifying opportunities for account growth.
- Leverage a strong technical software engineering background to guide solution discussions and ensure scalable, sustainable outcomes.
- Work onsite in Seattle with cross-functional business and technology teams.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in digital transformation, delivery management, or engagement management roles.
- Proven track record with Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Analytics, Target, Commerce).
- Strong background in eCommerce, content management, and digital customer experience programs.
- Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and client engagement, including executive-level interactions.
- Experience managing large cross-functional delivery teams, including offshore/onsite models.
- Solid technical foundation in software engineering, with ability to engage in solution discussions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability and willingness to work onsite in Seattle.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in retail, membership, or subscription-based business models.
- Exposure to personalization, loyalty, and customer engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery, portfolio management, and growth of client accounts.
