We are looking for a skilled and proactive Senior Integration Developer with 8+ years of experience in enterprise integration, including 4+ years of deep hands-on experience with Dell Boomi AtomSphere and Solace.

The ideal candidate will lead development efforts, support production interfaces, and modernize legacy systems using API-driven solutions.

This position plays a key role in the design, development, deployment, and support of scalable, robust, and high-performance integration solutions across a diverse technology landscape.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of total IT experience with at least 4 years working with Dell Boomi AtomSphere and Solace PubSub+
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, EAI concepts, and cloud-based iPaaS.
• Strong experience with event-driven architecture, asynchronous messaging, and pub/sub systems.
• Expertise in Boomi process design, data transformation, web services (REST/SOAP), and connectors.
• Hands-on experience with Solace CLI, Solace APIs, and Solace Cloud Console.
• Experience in building integrations involving REST/SOAP, XML, JSON, flat files, and proprietary formats.
• Deep hands-on experience with Boomi process building, connectors, listeners, and deployment pipelines.
• Scripting experience in JavaScript, Groovy, Java, and experience with custom Boomi scripting.
• Working knowledge of API management, alert framework, error handling, and shared components.
• Strong grasp of database concepts and experience working with Oracle, MS SQL, etc.
• Familiar with CI/CD tools, DevOps practices, and API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI, Katalon).
• Hands-on experience integrating with enterprise applications like SAP, Salesforce, databases, and third-party APIs.
• Exposure to working with containerized applications on Kubernetes is a plus.
• Familiarity with other integration tools such as Mulesoft, WebMethods, SAP PI, and IBM App Connect is desirable.
• Experienced in production support, performance tuning, and operations.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and lead initiatives when required.
• Experience with setting up monitoring, observability, and logging at the platform level.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, test, and deployment of integration workflows using Dell Boomi AtomSphere and Solace PubSub+.
• Develop and deploy Boomi processes, connectors, data transformations, error handling, and exception management.
• Configure and manage Solace messaging infrastructure topics, queues, durable/non-durable subscriptions.
• Analyze and understand business integration requirements to build scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Migrate existing integrations from legacy platforms (e.g., SAP PI, Azure AIS) to Dell Boomi.
• Work on end-to-end delivery from requirement gathering to final deployment and support.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of integration-related production issues.
• Implement REST and SOAP APIs for both real-time and batch processing.
• Manage Boomi environments (Atoms, Molecules, and Clouds) and optimize resource usage.
• Maintain integration documentation, including design specs, deployment artifacts, and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to manage operations and project delivery.
• Guide junior developers and evangelize API-first integration approaches.
• Provide support during User Acceptance Testing and work with QA teams to resolve issues.
• Engage in release planning, version control, and deployment coordination.
• Ensure adherence to integration governance, security, and performance standards.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for safe and coherent integration into Medline s ecosystem.
• Support CI/CD practices for integration, deployment automation.
• Interface with tools like ElasticSearch, Splunk for monitoring and logging integration behavior.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Required Skills / must to have

• Dell Boomi Professional Developer certification.
• Experience with A2A and B2B integration.
• Familiarity with log aggregators (e.g., Splunk, ElasticSearch).
• Knowledge of certificate configuration, environment extensions, and Boomi API management features.
• Prior experience in legacy modernization efforts.
• Passionate about integrations and fostering API-first culture.
• Experience with integration with ERP platforms like SAP, etc.
