Salesforce Health Cloud experience is strongly preferred—however, candidates willing to commit to learning Health Cloud and obtaining certification within the first month will also be considered.

Key Requirements:
Mandatory Qualifications:
Salesforce BSA Experience: Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst/Consultant with hands-on involvement in designing and delivering Salesforce solutions.
Healthcare Payor Domain: Deep understanding and hands-on experience in the healthcare payor space is required.
Strong Salesforce Platform Expertise:
Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce experience across Sales, Service, and/or Experience Cloud.
At least 4-5 full lifecycle implementations (6+ months each) as a core BSA or consultant.
Total IT Experience: Minimum 8 years of total IT industry experience.
Solution Design Expertise:
Skilled in converting business requirements into functional and technical designs.
Ability to create detailed documentation (BRDs, FRDs, solution design docs, gap analyses, use cases).
Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage effectively with VP/Director-level stakeholders, enterprise architecture teams, and offshore teams.
Preferred Skills:
Salesforce Health Cloud: 1–2 implementations preferred (or must be willing to learn and get certified in the first month).
Salesforce Financial Services Cloud: Experience is a plus.
Hands-On Configuration: Experience with Salesforce standard/custom objects, user setup, flows, validation rules, etc.
Prototyping: Ability to create functional prototypes and proof-of-concept designs during design phases.
Technical Acumen: Basic knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, Web Services, or HTML5 is beneficial.
Code-Level Understanding: Familiarity with SFDC code optimization and re-engineering is a plus (not mandatory).
Responsibilities:
Lead business requirements gathering and JAD/design sessions with stakeholders.
Translate business needs into Salesforce solutions, with detailed design documentation.
Work closely with technical teams during development and testing phases.
Serve as a liaison between business and IT teams across geographies.
Support end-to-end solution delivery, including UAT support and post-deployment validation.
Coordinate with offshore development and testing teams; availability for early morning/late evening calls as needed.
Build trust and rapport with executive sponsors and enterprise architects.
