Job Details
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise
in Playbooks and Agent Workspaces to join our team. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions that
enhance the user experience and improve operational efficiency within the ServiceNow
platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the
ServiceNow platform, with a focus on Playbooks and Workspaces.
Configure and enhance Agent Workspace to streamline task management and
improve user interaction.
Build and maintain Process Automation Playbooks for guided experiences
across ITSM, HR, or CSM modules.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business analysts to gather and
refine requirements.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing ServiceNow applications and
configurations.
Ensure adherence to development best practices, including source control, code
reviews, and documentation.
Support the deployment and release management process for ServiceNow
updates and enhancements.
Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on development experience with ServiceNow.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, or CSM.
Proven experience with Playbooks (Flow Designer & Guided Interactions)
and Agent Workspace customization.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow's scripting tools.
Familiarity with integration tools such as REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist is a
plus.
