Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Banking Technology Integration Consultant (Lockbox/Payments) Implementation Specialist to support a large financial institution's transformation project.
This role focuses on the implementation and integration of cheque imaging, lockbox services, exception/returns handling, and ensuring compliance with North American regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the implementation of cheque processing technologies and lockbox solutions.
- Conduct discovery sessions with business stakeholders and product owners.
- Develop strategy, planning documentation, and ensure smooth technical integration.
- Interface with vendors and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Ensure compliance with Canada and U.S. cheque processing regulations.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in financial services or banking technology.
- Proven experience in cheque processing and lockbox solution implementation.
- Familiarity with North American regulatory requirements.
- Experience working at Symcor or implementing similar solutions in the U.S. is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
