Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Legacy System Analysis & Development:
- Identify and document embedded business rules and logic for knowledge transfer and system modernization.
- Identity the batch programs and interfaces to and from the system and the associated business rules and input and output formats and data mapping
- ERP Migration Support:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map legacy system functionalities to modern ERP platforms.
- Assist in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for seamless migration to cloud-based ERP systems.
- Technical Leadership:
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and analysts.
- Lead code reviews, testing, and debugging sessions to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Create comprehensive documentation of system architectures, workflows, and business processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices during development and migration activities.
- Candidates comfortable with data conversion/migration projects are preferred.
- Knowledge of modern programming languages and frameworks used in ERP systems.
