MLOps Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled MLOps Engineer with deep expertise in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and natural language processing. The ideal candidate will lead the design, deployment, and optimization of robust machine learning pipelines, while guiding teams on data-driven solutions and advanced model development. This role requires excellent engineering instincts, collaborative mindset, and the ability to rapidly prototype and refine intelligent systems at scale

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy end-to-end ML pipelines in production environments using Python
• Formulate multiple technical approaches to tackle business and Natural Language Processing (NLP) challenges, while clearly articulating trade-offs
• Provide domain guidance in NLP, machine learning, and statistical modeling
• Design tools and systems that integrate domain knowledge and ontologies to enhance model accuracy
• Lead efforts in extracting insights from sparse or unstructured textual data
• Implement scalable strategies for pattern recognition, information extraction, and semantic parsing
• Prototype and evaluate supervised, unsupervised, and semi-supervised models using cutting-edge frameworks
• Drive performance optimization of models through hyperparameter tuning and advanced experimentation
• Leverage both relational and NoSQL databases to support complex data processing needs

What We're Looking For:

• Master's degree and 5+ years of experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience
• Advanced proficiency in Python and ML pipeline development
• Experience with ML and NLP frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Transformers, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, Keras, LSTM, BERT, CNN, RNN, SVMs, and ensemble methods
• Deep understanding of statistical model building (especially classification), graphical models, and clustering algorithms
• Knowledge of language models (N-Gram, Skipgram, Neural LM) and DNN-based NLP techniques (e.g., RoBERTa)
• Comfortable drawing insights from minimal labeled data using domain knowledge and ontologies
• Exposure to big data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, and Pyspark
• Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to present complex ideas effectively
• Proven time management and organizational skills in deadline-driven environments

Preferred qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with NLP methods: tokenization, chunking, semantic parsing, and feature extraction
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and CI/CD practices for ML deployment
• Experience with web services (SOAP, WSDL), XML technologies (XPath, XSLT), and message queues (IBM MQ Series)
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Git, and regular expressions
