Job Title: Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant PPM

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant with deep expertise in the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) module to support implementation, enhancement, and support initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable Oracle Fusion PPM solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion PPM implementations, upgrades, and support engagements

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to project costing, billing, grants, and financial management

  • Configure and support PPM modules, including:

    • Project Costing

    • Project Billing

    • Project Financial Management

    • Project Contracts

    • Project Resource Management

  • Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice Oracle Fusion solutions

  • Configure setups such as expenditure types, cost rates, burdening, budgets, and billing plans

  • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data conversions, and reporting (OTBI / BI Publisher)

  • Support UAT, CRP, SIT, and production go-live activities

  • Provide functional guidance, issue resolution, and post-production support

  • Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and user training materials

  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle Fusion PPM processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 13+ years of overall IT experience with strong Oracle Financials background

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion PPM

  • In-depth knowledge of PPM business processes and financial controls

  • Experience integrating PPM with GL, AP, AR, and Procurement modules

  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle, cost accounting, and revenue recognition

  • Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and functional reporting

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience working in onsite/offshore delivery models
