Required Qualifications
- Over 13+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Strong proficiency in Python and at least one Python web framework (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI)
- Solid understanding of web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, HTTP, REST)
- Experience using Git and modern version control workflows
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Prior experience leading or mentoring a development team
Nice to Have
- Experience with GraphQL
- Exposure to microservices architecture
- DevOps or SRE experience
- UI/UX design sensibility
- Experience working with data-intensive applications
