Supplier Support Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Associate General Manager to oversee supplier support activities across V5 and VMC platforms. The ideal candidate will manage access requests, coordinate issue resolution, and ensure seamless onboarding and performance management for suppliers and guest engineers. This role involves extensive collaboration with internal teams and suppliers to maintain operational efficiency and technical reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. V5 Supplier Support:

- Manage access requests and project creation in EAZ / CR5000.

- Oversee upgrade and license management for EAZ.

- Handle and coordinate EAZ issue tickets.

2. 4MOC Pool (Global HGT):

Process international travel pool access requests.

3. Resonance Portal:

- Manage new access and password reset requests.

4. New V5 Supplier Onboarding:

- Coordinate onboarding activities including issue resolution, access provisioning, and query handling.

5. Guest Engineer Pool Management:

- Address pool access issues including new access and resets.

- Resolve application and access issues.

- Troubleshoot GE blade issues and performance concerns.

- Verify and upgrade GE room devices.

6. Supplier VPN Tunnel:

- Establish VPN tunnels and resolve related access and query issues.

7. VMware Support:

- Address supplier-related issues and access queries.

8. Supplier Pools (ESO L&T - MID & STD spec):

- Handle queries related to additional user access, pool access, and application issues.

- Manage ESO L&T access queries including shared drive and command access.

- Resolve performance issues.

9. DSS and Fileforce Portal:

- Provide package and DSS supplier support including access and query resolution.
