Job Details
We are seeking a hands-on MDM Architect preferably with strong healthcare or a regulated industry data expertise to design and build an in-house Master Data Management platform for a team that currently has a tech stack of Azure and Databricks. This individual will define the enterprise MDM strategy, build scalable architecture, and ensure compliance with healthcare data standards while enabling a single, trusted view of critical data domains across the organization. The architect will play a key role in aligning clinical, operational, and financial data assets to support advanced analytics, interoperability, and regulatory compliance.

- Familiarity with identity resolution, probabilistic matching, and standardization algorithms.
- Experience implementing real-time or near real-time MDM services.
- Strong understanding of metadata and data cataloging tools.
- Experience integrating MDM with downstream systems and building APIs or microservices to consume master data.
- Strong experience with data governance and quality frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Leadership Qualifications
- Strategic thinker with ability to architect scalable, compliant data solutions.
- Able to translate business needs into technical data architectures.

- Expertise in Databricks (PySpark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, streaming pipelines).
- Experience working with healthcare data sets (EHR, claims, HL7, FHIR).
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance and interoperability standards (HIPAA, FHIR, HL7).
- Knowledge of master data domains in healthcare (patients, providers, payers, locations, encounters).
