Role: Technical Project Manager (27471758)

Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Fully onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months

Mandatory Skills: Technical project management, stakeholder management, People management and family in running complex IT Software development and support projects

Mandatory tools/Tech background: JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, MS Project, Familiarity with modern technology stacks (Cloud platforms, APIs, Kafka, Cassandra, Pub-Sub, DevOps practices)

Requirements:

• The right candidate should have 8+ years of program/project management experience, with at least 6 years managing technology-focused initiatives and should have demonstrated experience in
• leading end-to-end delivery of technical programs across domains in retail, eCommerce, or supply chain technology programs
• defining and managing program scope, objectives, roadmaps, and measurable success criteria in partnership with business and technical stakeholders.
• conducting Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release Management.
• Partnering with engineering, architecture, and operations teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions
• Acting as a single point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders and providing regular status, evaluating issues and risks and dependencies
• ensuring adherence of the project to refined IT standards, security, compliance, and governance requirements
• risk, issue, stakeholder and dependencies management
• tracking and reporting key delivery metrics (velocity, quality, cost, and productivity)
• continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives, including automation and AI-based productivity tools.
