Experience: 10+ years
Required:
- Scrum Master certification required; PMP certification is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing multiple IT projects concurrently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience with both Agile and traditional SDLC methodologies.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Visio, Clarity, and Jira.
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in high-pressure environments.
