Responsible for overseeing the technical design, specification, and integration of automated and traditional warehouse areas and equipment. They coordinate cross-disciplinary teams (including AE firm
and owners representatives) to deliver efficient, scalable solutions that ensure regulatory compliance, optimize material handling workflows, and support supply chain reliability. Accountable for design, fabrication, installation and start up through turn over to CQV team for qualification.

Ideal Candidate Profile - E&D Warehouse (ASRS)
Background & Experience
Bachelor s or Master s in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Systems Engineering (or related field).
8-12+ years of experience in warehouse automation, material handling systems, or industrial facilities engineering.
Proven track record in design, specification, and integration of ASRS, conveyors, robotics, and traditional warehouse equipment.
Strong understanding of GMP/regulatory compliance (preferred in pharma, biotech, or highly regulated industries).
Hands-on experience overseeing fabrication, installation, commissioning, and turnover to CQV (Commissioning, Qualification, Validation).
Technical Skills
Expertise in ASRS technology, WMS/WCS integration, robotics, conveyors, pallet shuttles, and automated guided vehicles (AGVs/AMRs).
Knowledge of facility design standards, MEP integration, and controls/automation (PLC, SCADA, HMI).
Familiar with LEAN / Six Sigma principles to optimize workflows.
Ability to review and develop technical specifications, P&IDs, layouts, and 3D models.
Soft Skills & Leadership
Strong project management skills - able to lead cross-disciplinary teams (Architectural/Engineering firms, owner s reps, vendors).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to align operations, engineering, and supply chain teams.
Ability to drive scalable, efficient, and cost-effective solutions in line with long-term business goals.
Problem-solving mindset with focus on supply chain reliability and operational excellence.
