  • Lead modernization of legacy core systems (Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco) using microservices and event-driven designs.
  • Align business, data, and application architectures with underwriting, claims, and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish reference architectures, reusable frameworks, and design patterns for enterprise adoption.
  • Oversee solution governance, vendor alignment, and architectural standards.
  • Design integrations connecting CRM (Salesforce), ERP, and data platforms for seamless visibility.
  • Drive migration roadmaps and impact assessments for key insurance platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with SOC2, GDPR, and NAIC standards.

Required Skills:

  • 12+ years in IT, including 6+ in Enterprise or Solution Architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of P&C workflows-policy admin, claims, billing, underwriting, reinsurance.
  • Hands-on with Azure services: App Services, Logic Apps, API Mgmt, Functions, Data Factory, Synapse, DevOps, AAD.
  • Experience with Guidewire, Duck Creek, or Majesco platforms.
  • Expertise in data architecture, API integration, and security frameworks.
  • Familiar with Azure Landing Zone, cost governance, and hybrid connectivity.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.

Preferred:

  • Azure Architect Expert (AZ-305) or TOGAF certification.
  • Exposure to claims analytics, AI/ML, or reinsurance data models.
  • Experience in consulting or modernization programs for insurers or brokers.

If you're passionate about enabling cloud-driven transformation in insurance and excel at building secure, scalable enterprise solutions, we'd love to connect.
