We are looking for QA Manager at Austin/Dallas, TX (Hybrid). Who has led native mobile app development at scale (iOS/Android) and understands enterprise constraints, such as compliance, security, performance, and cross-functional collaboration with product, design, and business will be preferred.

  • Understanding of Commerce

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of software development management/leadership experience (QA team leadership experience highly preferred)
  • 5+ years experience running medium to large/complex IT projects with multiple internal/external dependencies
  • 3+ years experience providing oversight to multiple Agile teams
  • Ability to articulate designs and guide engineers and SDETs utilizing modern programming languages (preferably Java or similar language)
  • Leader-level hands-on software development experience in an enterprise-scale development environment
  • Experience as a technical leader in an organization including coaching and mentoring, working through complex problems, and working with business partners to deliver an amazing experience for Schwab clients
  • Demonstrated ability to define, drive and communicate strategy and vision and influence across the organization
  • Experience growing high-performing engineering teams
  • Knowledge of the Atlassian suite of development tools and Appium automation framework
  • Strong influencing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with an ability to identify stakeholders, assess their needs and manage their expectations through effective communication
  • Ability to independently manage things as a contributing member in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones and locations
  • Experience in the financial services industry highly preferred
