Job Details

Job : SAP S/4HANA Analyst

Location : Middletown, PA

  • Primarily Remote

  • Candidate must be within 2 hours of Middletown, PA

  • Must report onsite during key phases (SIT, UAT, PI cycles, Go-Live, Hypercare)

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirement-gathering workshops for new billing & revenue system

  • Create Agile Product Backlog (service blueprints, flows, user stories, tasks, test scripts)

  • Introduce new Order-to-Cash business processes

  • Act as client liaison for development, SIT, UAT, and Hypercare

  • Act as SME for implementation-specific BRIM/FICA processes

  • Lead testing and perform System Integration Testing

  • Support User Acceptance Testing

  • Prepare user readiness and training documentation

  • Conduct user training workshops

  • Design and execute integration testing for legacy-to-new system process transformation

  • Create business process documentation

  • Provide SAP-BRIM functional support during Hypercare

  • Perform root-cause analysis for system/data issues

  • Support billing validation and data migration accuracy

  • Build strong relationships with business, sponsors, vendors, and IT teams

  • Lead and participate in enterprise-level project workstreams

  • Work independently and follow all PTC standards & procedures

  • Use software/tools required to perform job duties

  • Perform other tasks assigned by PTC

Required Skills

  • SAP-BRIM expert (high-volume consumption-based billing)

  • End-to-end Order-to-Cash process design & implementation experience

  • Experience leading BRIM/FICA workshops and writing functional specifications

  • Hands-on configuration experience:

    • SAP-BRIM CC, CM, CI (pricing, rating, billing, invoicing)

    • SAP-FICA (dunning, collections)

  • Experience managing OTC workstreams timelines & budgets

  • Experience with SOM, CI, CM, CC, FICA modules

  • Test automation process design for BRIM

  • Ability to map complex B2B contracts in billing/financial systems

  • Experience in Agile & Waterfall methodologies

  • Experience in global billing operations

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft ADO Testing Module

  • Ideal: 15+ years of SAP BRIM & Billing project experience

  • Additional beneficial skills:

    • SAP enterprise business solutions

    • ITIL / ITSM practices

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Management / Information Systems

  • Equivalent experience can be considered
