Job Details

Providing day-to-day accounting assistance through:
Review and route all project and operational invoices for approval, ensuring accuracy and inclusion of required
vendor documentation.
Prepare and evaluate contract and change order requests, verifying vendor compliance with executed agreements
and adherence to corporate and departmental policies.
Collaborate regularly with Sourcing, Procurement Services, Finance, CRE Controls and Accounts Payable to analyze
and resolve issues related to contracts, purchase orders, budgets, and billing.
Ensure consistent application of departmental policies and procedures by participating in and presenting at
operational kickoff meetings with capital project vendors.
Manage annual maintenance contracts and utility vendor accounts for Real Estate Operations, including invoice
processing, account audits, and serving as the primary point of contact for account-related issues.
Review and process operational commitment requests to support campus maintenance initiatives.
Provide transactional and data entry support to the Controls team, including Coupa transactions, SAP service entries, vendor setup requests, and the creation and approval of Real Estate Operations requisitions.
Demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills to effectively engage with all levels of management and business unit stakeholders.
Prepare and submit purchase order closure requests, journal entry templates and supporting documentation to
appropriate teams for processing.

Basic Qualifications:
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level)
Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships in a client-focused environment
Collaborative team player with a proactive and positive attitude
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
Clear and effective communicator, both verbally and in writing
Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and special projects
Self-motivated and independent thinker with a solution-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications
Previous accounting work experience
Previous Accounts Payable work experience

Required Education: Bachelor's in business administration (or related)
