Job Overview:
 
As the Oracle Fusion Applications Financials Implementation Practice Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation practice focused on Oracle Fusion Applications Financials. You will oversee a team of consultants and architects to deliver high-quality implementation services to clients, with a particular focus on the public sector. Your role involves defining implementation strategies, ensuring project success, fostering client relationships, driving continuous improvement within the practice, and providing in-depth understanding of financial modules while mentoring team members.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Practice Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Oracle Fusion Applications Financials implementation practice, with a strong emphasis on public sector clients. Develop and execute plans to achieve practice objectives and revenue targets.
 
Team Management: Build and manage a team of skilled consultants and architects. Mentor and guide team members to enhance their capabilities, particularly in understanding financial modules, and ensure project success.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Extensive experience (8+ years) in Oracle Fusion Applications Financials implementation, including hands-on experience with modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting, preferably within the public sector.
Proven track record of leadership in managing implementation teams and delivering successful projects on time and within budget, with a focus on government clients.
Strong understanding of financial processes, industry best practices, and emerging trends in enterprise applications, particularly as they apply to the public sector. Ability to mentor team members in understanding public sector requirements deeply.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging with government agencies at various levels.
Certification in Oracle Fusion Applications Financials is highly desirable.
Ability to travel as needed to client sites and other company locations.
