We are looking for an experienced Platform Support AI Trainer to join our Platform Engineering team. In this role, you will lead the integration and optimization of AI-driven knowledge systems, ensuring our AI assistant (Copilot) can provide intelligent, context-aware platform support across technologies such as OutSystems, AutoRABIT, and Azure API Management (APIM).
This is a high-impact role ideal for professionals with a strong background in platform support, technical documentation, and AI/ML-enablement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Curate and ingest technical content: documentation, support tickets, change requests, and platform-specific resources into the AI system.
Collaborate with platform SMEs to verify and fine-tune AI-generated responses.
Create and manage feedback loops and learning workflows for continuous AI improvement.
Monitor AI assistant performance and implement enhancements for accuracy and usability.
Design prompt templates and guidance for engineers to effectively engage with Copilot.
Ensure data compliance across all AI training and support initiatives, including security and governance.
Required Skills & Experience:
12+ years of total IT experience with at least 3+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Technical Documentation.
Hands-on experience or strong understanding of platforms like OutSystems, AutoRABIT, and Azure API Management (APIM).
Exposure to AI/ML tools, prompt engineering, or enterprise knowledge management systems is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience building AI-powered support systems or chatbot training.
Familiarity with Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar LLM tools in a technical setting.
Agile and DevOps methodology experience.
