Summary:

JDE developer provides services in application design and development, web services, JDE E1 reports & applications, RDA development, BI Publisher Enterprise and JDE Business Services.

 

Sample responsibilities for this position include:

• Development using JDE tool set like report design aid, application design aid, C business functions, Orchestration, One view reports, watchlist, UDOs etc.

• Analysis, design and development of software enhancements

• Maintenance of existing customizations and integrations

• Perform modifications to existing JDE objects, new report / interface development using the JDE Development Toolset (Object Management Workbench)

• Contribute to project design and implementation for up-coming projects

• Work in an agile team with scrum masters and product owner and QA team

• Working closely with analysts and users to understand business requirements, issues, and business processes.

• Clear communication skills

• Review functional requirements and develop design specifications to meet the requirements

• Perform unit tests to verify the application functionality against the requirements/design specification

• Demonstrates an understanding of relevant technical/functional information

• Collects information, seeks input from others, and identifies probable causes of problem
