Main Responsibilities and Duties:

• Design, develop, and maintain Zuora billing solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Implement and manage integrations between Zuora and Salesforce, as well as with other third-party applications such as payment gateways and Avalara.
• Utilize Zuora APIs to create and maintain a robust order lifecycle process, with a strong understanding of Order Harmonization.
• Develop and optimize workflows within the Zuora platform to automate processes and enhance existing functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues within the Zuora environment.
• Stay up-to-date with Zuora releases, features, and best practices to advise on improvements and updates.
• Document all technical processes and developments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 2 - 7 years of experience in a Zuora development role.

• Proven experience with Zuora platform administration, Zuora objects, and APIs.
• Previous work on integrations with Salesforce and payment gateways.
• A deep understanding of the Zuora object model and billing processes.
• Zuora certification(s) is a plus.

• Familiarity with Avalara or other tax management solutions is beneficial.

• Proficient in the use of Zuora and Salesforce platforms.
• Experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs.
• Familiar with workflow automation tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python is advantageous.
• Competency in database management and query languages (e.g., SQL).
