Technical PM (App Dev)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple technology initiatives in the fast-paced world of sports apparel and teamwear customization. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in Agile and Scrum methodologies and has a successful track record delivering digital, e-commerce, and supply chain technology projects. This role requires cross-functional coordination with product, IT, operations, and marketing teams to support both direct-to-consumer and B2B fulfillment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent projects across e-commerce platforms, ERP/WMS integrations, order management, and product customization tools.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success criteria.
• Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives) across distributed technical and product teams.
• Maintain clear project documentation including roadmaps, RAID logs, and status updates tailored to business and IT leadership.
• Track delivery milestones, manage risks, and proactively resolve resource or timeline conflicts.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX, merchandising, customer service, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of digital and backend operations.
• Ensure project outcomes align with customer experience, operational efficiency, and growth objectives.
• Oversee vendor relationships related to SaaS platforms, integration partners, and technical solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing IT or digital projects in a consumer products or retail/e-commerce environment.
• Strong Experience with managing App Dev Projects
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects in parallel.
• Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum delivery models and working in fast-paced, iterative environments.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, QA, and system integration best practices.

• Experience in the sports apparel, fashion, or direct-to-consumer retail space.
• CSM, PMP, or SAFe Agile certifications.
