Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer - IV to join our team in Irving, Texas. The ideal candidate will have expertise in prompt engineering, AI LLM/SLM building and fine-tuning, and core API development using AI skills. This role involves designing and developing medium to highly complex systems in NSA architecture, improving code development speed and quality using AI capabilities, and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. The candidate will also lead development teams, manage technical issues, and ensure system reliability and scalability.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop medium to highly complex systems in NSA architecture.
  • Utilize AI capabilities to improve code development speed and quality.
  • Collaborate with IT and business partners to deliver NSA, MARVEL, and OMNI deliverables.
  • Manage computer systems in a business environment and resolve technical issues.
  • Deliver an integrated roadmap for the maintenance and development of the NSA platform.
  • Collaborate with GTS and business stakeholders to implement business requirements.
  • Implement Agile practices on all project and development work.
  • Ensure system reliability, scalability, and adherence to best security practices.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality tested code in collaboration with a global team.
  • Drive the consolidation of tools and automation of performance results and data.
  • Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure code quality and timely defect fixes.
  • Lead medium to large-sized projects using both offshore and onshore resources.
  • Provide technical direction on solutions for various interfaces and APIs.
  • Act as a technical SME for the eCommerce system.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work, military experience, or specialized training.
  • Experience in Java 8 reactive programming.
  • Knowledge of Spring Boot framework and its various modules.
  • Experience with REST services using JSON structures and methods like GET, POST, PUT.
  • Experience with PNO layer and Cassandra DB.
  • Proficiency in Microservices, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes containerization, EKS, and GraphQL.
  • Experience with DevOps tools such as GIT, Jenkins, JIRA, Ansible, and Test-Driven Development (e.g., JUnit, Selenium).
  • Experience in designing, developing, and troubleshooting API proxies.
  • Knowledge of service-oriented multi-tier applications.
  • Familiarity with Client Wireless products and services.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills.

Pay Range: $62hr - $65hr on w2
