Job Description:

Skills required : Adobe target with Java script and Jquery - Hands on experience

Lead all aspects of A/B testing initiatives based on Adobe Target from hypothesis creation to test execution and analysis.

• Assist in developing consistent testing & measurement framework for client side and server-side implementation knowledge.

• Desirable to have knowledge on AEP (Adobe Experience Platform) and CDP (Customer Data Platform).

• Hands on working knowledge on at.js/WebSDK/delivery experience API.

• Proficient coding skills to run feasibility analysis, POC and deep dive in solutioning and troubleshooting.

• Working experience on implementation of target calls and A4T data analytics calls on web and mobile apps.

• Good at presenting ideas and strategy of experimentation developments.

• Develop a strategic testing roadmap based on potential impact, ensuring tests are properly prioritized and executed efficiently.

• Monitor and measure the results of A/B tests, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

• Spearhead the QA plan for experimentation program and help develop team create a strategy.

• Evaluation of other experimentation tools in the market and do a feasibility analysis.

• Support a data-driven decision-making culture by collaborating with crossfunctional teams and promoting the value of A/B testing.
