Position Overview:
As the CTO, you will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company, developing and implementing technology strategies, and leading our engineering and IT teams remotely. You will collaborate with executive leadership to align technology goals with business objectives and ensure the company's technological infrastructure supports growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the company's technology strategy in alignment with business goals.
Lead, mentor, and manage remote engineering, development, and IT teams.
Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of software, hardware, and network infrastructure.
Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance products and services.
Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of the company's technology systems.
Collaborate with product management to plan and prioritize technology initiatives.
Manage technology budgets and vendor relationships.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Establish and enforce best practices for software development, cybersecurity, and data governance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Technology, or similar leadership role.
Strong understanding of software development, architecture, and cloud computing.
Experience leading remote teams effectively.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master s preferred.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and workflows.
Track record of scaling technology infrastructure in growing organizations.
