Role Description:

Essential Skills:

Strong work experience with Signavio. Create Process Modeling and Analysis for ITAM program. Proficiency in BPMN 2.0, process mapping, and process analysis. Relevant work experience 5+ years. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are important for client interactions and stakeholder management.

Desirable Skills:

Leveraged expertise in Business Process Management and project coordination to drive organizational improvements. Conducted interviews with business process owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and insights. Applied BPM techniques, including process modeling with BPMN 2.0, to enhance workflow efficiency. Designed and analyzed current As-Is process flows to identify areas for improvement. Developed detailed business process hierarchies, breaking down processes into manageable tasks. Utilized BPM tools such as Signavio to model and optimize business processes.
