CTH Role

Location: US, preferably in Louisville, DC, Tampa, Green Bay or Dallas as they may need to go to Client offices 3 days a week.

Experience : 10-12 years

As an C ++ developer , you will be part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards .

Responsibilities: -

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance C++ applications.
• Optimize code for speed and efficiency using techniques such as:
  • Inline functions
  • Compile-time evaluation
  • Low-level optimizations
• Implement multithreading and parallelization strategies to enhance application performance.
• Work with Oracle databases for data integration and query optimization.
• Develop and deploy applications in Linux environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks in existing systems.

• Strong proficiency in C++ (including modern standards like C++11/14/17).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle database (SQL, PL/SQL preferred).
• Solid understanding of Linux OS, shell scripting, and system-level programming.
• Expertise in high-performance computing techniques:
  • Inline functions
  • Compile-time evaluation
  • Low-level memory and CPU optimizations
• Experience with multithreading and parallel programming (e.g., using std::thread, OpenMP, or similar frameworks).
• Knowledge of performance profiling tools and debugging techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Experience in financial services, healthcare, or other performance-critical domains.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and network programming.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
