Job Details
Title: Operations Manager
Hybrid: boston MA Hybrid
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations of the HIX application as part of a 3-person team.
- Report directly to the Operations Manager.
- Manage production incident resolution and ensure system stability.
- Work with sensitive healthcare data, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, PII, and other security standards.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in an IT environment supporting operations and/or maintenance.
- 5+ years managing operations for enterprise systems or applications.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SQL databases (running queries, pulling data).
- Strong background in production incident management.
- 3+ years experience in a healthcare environment handling sensitive information.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with additional operational tools and technologies.
- Experience with large-scale health insurance or government systems.
