KBR is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Provisioner familiar with developing provisioning data, provisioning technical documentation and engineering data for provisioning using the standard for Logistics Product Data per GEIA-STD-0007 and Military Handbook (MIL-HDBK)-502A.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proven ability to analyze, organize, plan and administer various phases of day-to-day provisioning activities using established procedures.
  • Develops, coordinates, and maintains data for establishment of weapon/commodity/end items National Stock Number (NSNs) to ensure the successful introduction and processing of related components and repair parts.
  • Analyzes standard contractual documents, technical data, customer usage data, and related reports for assigned contracts to develop required provisioning data.
  • Experience with researching parts from engineering drawings and creating LSA-036 and LSA-030 reports for provisioning is required.
  • Maintains appropriate records and prepares reports.
  • Coordinates logistics activities with internal/external customers.
  • Provides activity and status reports to management.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years related experience. In lieu of formal education, 10 years of experience in the Provisioning field, preferably U.S. Army.
  • Must be able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have knowledge and understanding of U.S. Army Logistics Provisioning functions using U.S. Army practices and guidelines (AR 700-18).
  • Understand Source, Maintenance and Recoverability coding (SM&R codes per AR 700-82) to communicate maintenance and supply instructions.
  • Understand Repair Parts and Special Tools Lists of equipment and systems.
  • Preferred knowledge of PowerLog-J inputs and reporting methods.
  • Preferred knowledge with reading Technical Drawings of vehicles and equipment and understand drawing structure and relevant markings.
  • Preferred knowledge working with Excel and Word documents.
  • Preferred knowledge in the building of Bill of Materials (BOM) from drawing structure.
  • Experience with the logistics functions of U.S. Army equipment and understand reports due. (LSA 036)
