Microsoft Business Apps Developer/Sharepoint

Job Description: Develops custom features/widgets (with guidance from SaaS platform architects) along with other out of the box features that fulfill business/functional requirements for a given system. They work closely with functional teams to translate functional/business requirements into technical requirements. Familiarity with Sharepoint very helpful. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint and Microsoft 365 applications using PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Customize SharePoint sites using SharePoint Framework (SPFx) for enhanced user experience. Develop custom solutions using Azure Functions and integrate them with SharePoint and Microsoft 365. Leverage Microsoft Graph API for Microsoft 365 data interaction. Manage and monitor SharePoint permissions and security to ensure data integrity. Create and manage content types, site columns, and templates. Write complex SQL queries for data manipulation and analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand application requirements. Document application development processes, standards, and procedures. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the applications. Keep up to date with the latest technologies and trends in SharePoint and Microsoft 365 development. 12. Train end-users and provide support when necessary.
Required Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint Online. Experience in developing business applications using PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and understanding of Microsoft Graph API. Familiarity with developing custom solutions using Azure Functions. Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience in developing and managing content types, site columns, and templates. Strong understanding of SharePoint permissions and security. Knowledge of SQL Server and ability to write complex SQL queries. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Preferred Skills: Experience in migrating content from SharePoint On-Premises to SharePoint Online. Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and integrating SharePoint with Teams. Knowledge of .NET Framework, C#, and ASP.NET. Experience with RESTful APIs and web services. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
