Job Title: Director Sales and Business Development
Location: Remote
Role Overview As the Sales Director North America, you will be responsible for driving enterprise sales strategy, leading customer acquisition across target verticals, and building a high-performance sales organization. You will be at the helm of our US market expansion, working closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, customer success, and engineering to deliver scalable growth and measurable impact. This is a high-visibility leadership role based in New Jersey, with a mix of strategic planning, customer engagement, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Sales Leadership
Own and execute the North America sales strategy with a focus on enterprise manufacturing customers across cement, steel, paper, chemicals, and other asset-heavy industries.
Develop and manage a qualified sales pipeline to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Partner with the executive team to define GTM models, territory plans, and strategic account development. Customer & Market Development
Build strong relationships with CXOs, plant heads, and reliability leaders to establish Infinite Uptime as a trusted partner.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities to influence product and GTM strategy.
Lead enterprise deals end-to-end, including qualification, solutioning, value proposition development, and negotiation. Team Building & Mentoring
Recruit, coach, and manage a team of regional sales managers and account executives.
Foster a performance-driven culture focused on customer success, data-driven decisionmaking, and proactive pipeline management. Collaboration & Enablement Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to align market feedback and ensure consistent customer experience. Experience
15 18 years of total experience with at least 8 10 years in enterprise/technical/B2B sales in the manufacturing or industrial technology domain.
Proven success in selling industrial IoT, condition monitoring, automation, or reliability solutions to large manufacturing enterprises.
Strong track record of closing multi-million dollar deals with C-suite buyers and navigating long sales cycles.
Demonstrated experience in building and leading sales teams, with a focus on coaching, process, and performance management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with a global team.
Bachelor s degree in Engineering; MBA preferred
