About the Role:
The Team:
The triReduce and triBalance Optimization Client Services team is a global, cross-functional team that delivers our services to major financial institutions globally. We build strong client relationships and significantly contribute to our business by bringing our technical service expertise and understanding of client needs to internal collaborations with Sales, Development, and Business Management, ultimately improving our products and driving business growth.

  • Delivering the triReduce and triBalance services to major financial institutions which means managing a smaller project/cycle that runs over a few days. This includes managing clients from start to finish of the project and guiding them through the process.
  • Work with large OTC trade portfolios owned by the clients and consume and verify the accuracy of the trade data. This entails value OTC derivatives, verify valuations and risk vectors, and provide sensitivity analysis to clients that shows how their results would change if they change something in their data or in their risk constraints.
  • Operate the optimization engine used to generate deal proposals to the clients.
Other responsibilities:
  • Provide crucial operational and technical support to Sales through active participation in client meetings and calls as the technical service expert and contribute to Software Development by offering valuable feedback and assistance with testing.
  • Manage client onboarding for triReduce and triBalance by engaging with clients, running scenario simulations, explaining the concepts of the service, training, and setting up new user accounts.
