Job Details
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of c upgrade projects across
multiple plants. - Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and delivery
approach. - Coordinate activities between business teams, technical leads,
developers, and vendors. - Track budget, resources, and risks; drive mitigation plans when
issues arise. - Facilitate steering meetings and communicate project status to
stakeholders. - Oversee cutover strategy, go-live planning, and hypercare
support. - Ensure documentation, compliance, and best practices are
followed. - Promote collaboration across global teams and ensure smooth
execution.
Skills Required
- 812 years IT project management experience, with at least 23
MES upgrade/delivery projects. - Strong knowledge of Apriso MES upgrade methodology and system
lifecycle. - Hands on experience on handling Data migration & interface
activity (Machine/SAP). - Experience working in regulated industries
(pharma/medtech/manufacturing preferred). - Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication
skills. - Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall project management methods.
- Problem-solving and ability to handle high-pressure go-live
situations. - Certification like PMP/Prince2 preferred.
- Flexibility to work with global teams across time zones.
