Senior Data Scientist / PhD preferred

A market leader in the advertising space that partners with well-known fortune 500 companies is hiring a Senior Data Scientist to join their team. They work with incredibly large amounts of data on a small team of 5 so they need someone comfortable doing end to end development. Any experience working with large amounts of complex data is a big plus, but not required if you have a technical PhD. They are looking for someone who has both AI and Machine Learning experience using PySpark, Databricks, Scala, and Sagemaker. In this role you will be doing a lot of forecasting and creating ad performance estimations, ensuring they are targeting the correct audiences. This position is fully remote PST time with a preference towards California-based candidates.
Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years professional Data Science experience
• Experience with AI/Machine Learning
• Experience working with large amounts of data
• Experience working with PySpark and Databricks
• Experience working on end to end solutions in the full life cycle
