Job Description:

Principal Responsibilities:

• Read and translate functional requirements into test cases.
• Develop and maintain test cases and Automation test scripts.
• Build and maintain test automation framework.
• Test application under stiff timelines and requirements
• Mentor Juniors on Testing and best Practices.
• Identify and proactively raise issues/concerns.
• Analyze test results and prepare test reports.
• Use bug tracking tools to report bugs.
• Follow up on day-to-day issues and set priorities for self.
• Collaborate with QA and other stakeholders of the project in smooth running of project.

Candidate requirements/ Skills:

• 12+ years of Strong QA experience.
• Experience in testing Webservices (REST/SOAP)
• Experience in API Test tools like Postman, ReadyAPI and SOAP UI is required.
• Strong Experience in Automation Framework Development and maintenance for API Testing (Rest-Assured)
• Proficient in Selenium with JAVA.
• Experience in CI/CD and tools like Jenkins/Maven.
• Experience in Version control like GitHub.
• Experience on bug tracking/Test management tools like JIRA.
• Knowledge on Docker/Kubernetes is a big plus.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working with business users to understand and document Test Scenarios based on use cases.
• Strong presentation and communication skills (both oral and written)
• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
