Asset Management Support (Apple Pay Platform)

Job Description:

Apple Wallet, Payments, and Commerce (WPC) is a rapidly growing team behind the Apple Pay platform available across more than 60 markets while expanding into transit, access, identity, merchant, and financial services solutions.

We seek a Platform Support Analyst within the WPC Business Operations team supporting the global Asset Management program. As the program expands into other Wallet verticals such as Identity, Transit, and Access, the team will need a motivated and thoughtful contractor to develop scalable solutions to operationalize and streamline our global processes. This will play a critical role in the sustainability of the program.

Responsibilities may include:

• Identify outdated and anomalous test card (PCI) data and work with our external Issuing Bank and Network Partners to procure new data that meets engineering requirements.
• Manage enhancement requests and feedback provided to developers working on expanding one of our tools that will be leveraged globally.
• Identify missing physical asset inventory such as test devices and physical POS terminals that are used by internal and external teams.
• Organize physical assets within the Asset Management storage closet.
• Partner with Global Security and other Compliance teams to transition physical asset tracking and management into a more sustainable and compliant tool.
• Collaborate with global Asset Management and Business Operations teams to streamline processes from a global and sustainable perspective.

Required Skills

• Be able to perform deep-dive analytics into large databases with acute attention to detail.
• Internal partner relationship management skills.
• Ability to maintain a global perspective and recognize opportunities to align with regional WPC Business Operations teams.
• Ability to influence and implement ideas effectively.
• Basic payment card industry and Apple Pay framework knowledge is a plus.
