- 5+ years of experience in a hands-on data analytics, BI development in Commercial Analytics or similar role.
- Strong expertise in Power BI including DAX, data modeling, report optimization, and advanced visualizations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) for workflow automation and application development with 1+ years of experience.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience in querying and transforming large datasets.
- Practical experience with Azure ecosystem Azure Synapse, Data Factory, Azure SQL, and Databricks.
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights in a clear, concise manner..
