Summary:
This SDET will join the Supply Chain Strategic Operations Support (SCSOS) team. This team owns full DevSecOps responsibilities for four enterprise applications critical to Company s supply chain operations and requiring 24x7 availability. This resource will play a key role in shaping quality practices, designing robust test automation frameworks, and collaborating closely with engineers to continuously improve the platforms.

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Summary:
This SDET will join the Supply Chain Strategic Operations Support (SCSOS) team. This resource will play a key role in shaping quality practices, designing robust test automation frameworks, and collaborating closely with engineers to continuously improve the platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate user stories and requirements into effective, maintainable test cases.
- Develop and support testing of product features throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
- Design, build, and maintain advanced automated testing frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Zercde, and Postman.
- Debug applications by analyzing logs, stack traces, and test results, and proactively monitor systems under test to uncover issues.
- Work closely with development teams to perform root cause analysis and feed findings into automated quality processes.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in code health, testing, and maintainability across the team.
- Advocate for a shift-left approach to testing, ensuring quality is embedded early in the development process.
- Research emerging tools, trends, and methodologies to enhance existing systems and processes.
- Participate in product design reviews to provide input on testability, functional requirements, and estimates.
- Own and be accountable for test strategy, planning, execution, and reporting within your Agile scrum team.
- Analyze and decompose complex software systems to identify opportunities for improved design and test coverage.
- Collaborate with engineers across teams to share knowledge and propose improvements in automation practices.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience designing and building test automation frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of Selenium, Cypress, Zercde, Postman, and Azure.
- Proficiency in translating complex requirements into actionable test plans and automated test scripts.
- Experience debugging distributed systems and analyzing logs and performance metrics.
- Strong understanding of Agile development principles and DevSecOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders.
- Passion for advocating quality and driving continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale, mission-critical applications with 24x7 availability requirements.
- Familiarity with supply chain, eCommerce, or retail systems.
- Experience working in Azure DevOps pipelines.
